I'll be honest, I've had no choice. I would have much preferred to have kept my private life private, but I've had to be brutally honest as it is the only thing I could have done to clear my name. The fact it works doubly as a platform for my healing journey makes it an exercise worth doing, and something which I expect I'll continue to do until the day I die. This platform is here for me right now, but it will be here for others in future too. The point regarding softening or sharpening responses because it is being delivered to an audience is an interesting one. Honestly, no. My answers come from the heart and have been thoughtfully constructed, but they are the same answers I'd be giving if I were to be sat on a therapists couch. The only area I can see there being some softening of answers is when it concerns the privacy of others, I've naturally tried to answer questions with privacy of others in mind wherever possible. Though sometimes this has been tricky as whether they like it or not, there are many people who have been involved in my story. Cool question from Claude there! Perhaps there is still a future for AI...
