Is a written full exposé by you within the realms of possibility or are you bound by NDA's?

According to the following link NDA's are not enforceable if you have been a victim of illegal activity: https://www.gov.uk/government/news/victims-freed-from-silence-under-nda-reform A full exposé comes with huge risks and I will be discredited at the very least, outright crucified in the worst case, however in the best interests of truth & justice for a huge number of people affected, morally I think I have no option but to follow through with this. Unless of course there is a good enough reason not to (intimidation, violence and death threats do not count). However noone has presented me with any good reasons not to, as yet. I need lots of support for this to happen though, I can't fly this flag alone. We all need to stand together (if this were a witch-hunt, they can't burn us all).
